Hi! I am Mohan. I started from a mere IT and Technical Customer Support after I graduated in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication). I further studied after working for a couple of years and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics). This has provided me with the foundations to work in Multinationals for two decades. I am proud to acknowledge that working in the multinationals gave me the access and exposure that not only provided me with the workplace to work but also the opportunities to take ownership of the work assigned to us.
It further gave me global exposure and access to cross-border engagement, diverse cultures, markets, and best practices. This exposure has broadened my perspective and understanding of global dynamics, which is invaluable in today’s interconnected world.
During my professional journey, I have had the opportunity to handle large and complex projects that have required innovative solutions and collaborations across teams and regions. Working as a part of a team to manage complex projects has helped me to think creatively and be a problem-solver, enabling me to overcome any challenges that may arise during the project. This has also led me to play a leadership role in managing diverse team members and environments, providing me with hands-on experience to inspire others to work collaboratively, drive change and achieve results. These experiences have broadened my perspective and motivated me to pursue higher education, culminating in earning my Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Sunderland.
